By accessing the Klara website (“the Website”), owned and operated by Klara Commercial Company and registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“the Company”), you agree to comply with all applicable laws, terms, policies, and regulations published on the Website and set by the Company for dealing with customers (“Website Terms”). You acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and fully agreed to these terms, and you also agree to comply with all relevant local laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If you do not agree to any of the Website Terms, you must leave the Website immediately and are not entitled to use the Website or any of its services.

Please note that the Website and all its contents are protected under applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to copyright and trademark protection laws.

Any user or beneficiary of the Website—regardless of the type of use, including but not limited to browsing, purchasing, submitting complaints, or posting comments—is referred to as the “Customer”.

Applicable Law

The Website and all its contents, including but not limited to the Website Terms, customer transactions, and related activities, are governed by the applicable laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Under no circumstances is it permitted to share, print, sell, or disclose any customer information to any third party.

When a customer provides personal information on the Website, we make every effort to protect such information both online and offline.

Customer Account Privacy

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password and for controlling access to their computer or application. The customer fully accepts responsibility for all activities and transactions carried out through their account and password.

Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to access the Website or use its services.

The Website reserves the absolute right to refuse service, approve or reject any transaction, terminate accounts, remove or modify content, amend the Website Terms, or cancel orders at its sole discretion without any liability.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account through your personal profile by clicking on the “Delete My Account” button.

Shipping Fees & Delivery

Under the Website Terms, the Website has the right to charge delivery fees or waive them at its discretion, including offering free delivery during promotions or setting a minimum purchase amount for free delivery. If delivery fees apply, the customer agrees to pay them.

Upon delivery to the address specified by the customer, the customer will be required to sign the invoice copy. The signature constitutes confirmation that the products listed on the invoice have been received in good condition and are suitable for use.

If the customer is not present at the specified address, the order may be handed over to any person present at the address, and their signature on the invoice shall be under the customer’s responsibility. Such signature will be considered confirmation of receipt of the products in good condition.

If delivery to the specified address is attempted but unsuccessful, the order will be returned, and the customer must contact customer service to arrange another delivery attempt. The Website shall not be responsible for any order that exceeds thirty (30) days from the order date or if delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer.

Marketing Communications Opt-Out

You may opt out of marketing messages by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of promotional emails.

Pre-Order Information

Pre-order items are delivered within a period of no less than thirty (30) days and may extend up to sixty (60) days.
