Orders & Post-Order Information

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers all hair devices from Klara for a period of two years, excluding the Klara Eye Tightener and the Klara Hair Clip.

How long does delivery take?

Within Saudi Arabia: 3 to 14 business days.

Outside Saudi Arabia: up to 21 business days.

Shipping is carried out through top courier companies to the customer’s doorstep.

Some areas are not eligible for home delivery; in such cases, the shipment must be collected from approved courier branches.

Is the product eligible for return or exchange?

Products are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

According to public health regulations, any product that has been used or tested—even once—cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy is applied to ensure consumer health and safety.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer has the right to request a replacement within 3 days from the date of receipt.

To maintain product quality and safety, the website reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Requests submitted after the approved return/exchange period.
  • Products that have been used, damaged, altered, are not in their original condition, have had the safety seal removed, or were modified in any way.
  • Products with tampered or removed serial numbers.
  • Products missing the price tag, labels, original packaging, or any accessories.

The customer bears all shipping costs in case of an exchange. Shipping fees will be deducted in case of a refund.

What is the refund process?

If the customer does not receive the shipment, they are entitled to request a refund for the product value only, after deducting shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties (if applicable).

The remaining amount will be refunded within 15 business days from the date the refund request is approved, using the same payment method.

How can I track my order?

Log in to your Klara account, go to Orders, click on the order number, and the order status will appear.

On the product page, you can view images, descriptions, and reviews, select the color (if available), and choose the quantity.

Add the product to the cart by clicking Buy Now.

Enter the delivery address, choose the payment method, and complete the purchase.

How can I update my personal information?

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to Personal Information via the icon at the top of the page.
  • Log in using email or mobile number and update your details.
  • Click Save to apply the changes.

Does the website ensure privacy of my personal and card information?

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for any activities conducted through their account.

Users under 18 years old are not permitted to access or use the website.

The website reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, terminate accounts, or modify content and terms at its sole discretion without liability.

Klara products are manufactured under strict supervision and high standards in leading factories in China, ensuring product safety and quality.
