Return & Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted within seven (7) days from the date of product receipt, provided that the product has not been used and no benefit has been obtained from it. The consumer bears all costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Return Conditions

  1. All returned products must be in good condition, with original labels and original packaging intact.
  2. The return request must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

Return & Exchange Procedure

  1. Contact Klara Customer Service via email at [email protected] or through any of the available communication channels.
  2. You will be provided with Klara’s full return address to send the product back.
  3. Once the returned product is received and verified to be in good condition, the product will be exchanged or the amount refunded to your account within a maximum period of 14 days.

The customer is entitled to a return or exchange if an incorrect product is delivered or if the product arrives damaged or defective due to shipping.

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be accepted for return. Klara reserves the right to approve or reject return requests for products that do not meet the conditions stated above.
