Customer Account Privacy

The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and password, as well as controlling who has access to their computer or the Website’s application. The customer fully agrees to bear complete responsibility for any actions or activities carried out through their account and password.

Please note that if you are under the age of 18, you are not permitted to access the Website or use its services.

The Website reserves the full and absolute right to refuse service, approve or reject any transaction, terminate accounts, remove or modify content, amend the Website Terms, or cancel orders at its sole discretion without any liability.

Under the Website Terms, the Website has the right to charge delivery fees or waive them as it deems appropriate, whether by offering free delivery during promotions, setting a minimum purchase amount for free delivery, or through any other method determined by the Website. If delivery fees apply, the customer agrees to pay them.

Upon delivery of the products to the address specified by the customer, the customer will be required to sign a copy of the invoice. The signature constitutes confirmation that the products listed on the invoice have been received in good condition and are fit for use.

If the customer is not present at the specified address, the order may be delivered to any person present at that address, and their signature on the invoice shall be under the customer’s responsibility. Such signature will be considered confirmation of receipt of the products in good condition and suitable for use.

If the delivery attempt reaches the specified address but the order cannot be delivered, the order will be returned. The customer must then contact Customer Service to schedule another delivery attempt. The Website shall not be responsible for any order that exceeds thirty (30) days from the order date or if delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer.

Later Delivery & Pre-Order Products

• Products classified as Later Delivery are delivered within a period that may extend up to thirty (30) days.
• Pre-order products are delivered within a period of no less than thirty (30) days and may extend up to sixty (60) days.
• The Slim Brush product falls under the Later Delivery category.
