Sales, Purchase, and Product Policies

The sale of products through this Website and the purchase by the customer are subject to the following terms:

Return & Exchange Policy

The Website reserves the right to cancel any order submitted by the customer for any reason it deems appropriate, including but not limited to product unavailability, failure by the customer to provide required information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. The Website is not obligated to verify the validity of transactions. In such cases, the Website has the right to refund the amount paid by the customer.

Product Return & Exchange Policy

  • Non-receipt of the product:
  • If the customer does not receive the product, they may request a refund for the product value only, after deducting shipping fees, taxes, and customs duties (if applicable). The remaining amount will be refunded within 15 business days from the date the refund request is approved by the Website, using the same payment method.
  • Manufacturing defect:
  • If it is proven that the product received has a manufacturing defect, the customer has the right to request a replacement within seven (7) days from the date of receipt.

To preserve product quality and storage validity, the Website will refuse returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Requests submitted after the approved return or exchange period.
  2. Products that have been used, damaged, altered, are not in their original condition, have had the safety seal removed, or have been modified in any way.
  3. Products with tampered or removed serial numbers.
  4. Products missing the price tag, labels, original packaging, or any accessories.

The customer bears all shipping and handling costs in the case of an exchange. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted in the case of a refund.

Warranty

All Klara devices are covered by the official warranty policy applicable within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a warranty period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

Customs Duties & Taxes

Product prices displayed on the Website do not include customs duties, taxes, or other charges. Any applicable duties or taxes based on the customer’s country will be added to the final total price. The customer is also responsible for any additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Pre-Order Information

Pre-order items are delivered within a period of no less than thirty (30) days and may extend up to sixty (60) days.

Pre-Eid Delivery

Pre-Eid delivery applies to orders within Saudi Arabia only and does not include products scheduled for later delivery.
